Company Overview:
For two decades, Gill Grilling has been providing customized meal plans to fraternities and sororities. Our clients trust us to deliver daily meal service on-site at their chapter houses. Chefs prepare meals daily, adapting the menu to meet the unique preferences of each fraternity or sorority. Our team enjoys a predictable schedule, an independent working environment, and an excellent work-life balance.
Position Overview:
As the Campus Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of all fraternity and sorority kitchens at your university. You will be the direct supervisor of all campus-based employees, with responsibilities similar to those of a General Manager. You will be fully accountable for customer satisfaction and the overall success of the operation. While this is a multi-unit campus, you will not have assigned cooking shifts, though you may step in to assist chefs as needed.
Success in this role is driven by attention to detail, flexibility in managing different personalities, culinary expertise, and the ability to build strong relationships with both customers and team members. Key operational priorities include cultivating personal relationships with clients, ensuring safe operating procedures, and optimizing the ordering process. Ideal candidates will be results-driven, communicative, detail-oriented, and possess strong culinary management experience.
