Jim Garrison
Regional Director
Jim is a California transplant from his native New Jersey. As a Culinary Institute of America alumni Jim brings over 30 years of culinary and hospitality experience from all over the US and Europe to the West Coast operations of Gill Grilling. His experiences in everything from quick service and multi units, to fine dining, to high end catering helps bring a fresh approach to menu items and fraternity food service programs. He has a hands-on approach to coaching and mentoring the staff in our West Coast facilities. Jim enjoys camping, hiking and the local food and wine scene in California.
