Shana Baum is our Procurement Manager & Menu Designer hailing from Potomac, Maryland. She holds a degree from the University of Maryland and is known for crafting our delicious Gill Grilling menus. In her spare time, Shana enjoys tending to her garden, spending time with her beloved cats, dog, fiancé, and son, and honing her culinary skills in the kitchen. Her passion for cooking shines through in every dish she creates.
