Leah Greenawalt

Campus Manager

Leah Greenawalt is from Telford, Pennsylvania, and is a graduate of Cedar Crest College. She currently serves as the chef for the Psi Upsilon chapter at Lehigh University, where she brings care, consistency, and strong culinary roots to her work each day. Leah’s cooking is deeply influenced by her Pennsylvania Dutch background, which helped shape her culinary style and love of food. Outside the kitchen, she enjoys snowmobiling, camping, spending time with her husband and daughter, and playing with their chocolate lab, Busch. She and her husband also process most of their own meats, a reflection of their hands-on approach to food and tradition.
