Katherine Halseide, originally from Colorado Springs, now calls Missoula, Montana home. As a dedicated Chef at the Alpha Phi House at the University of Montana, she brings her culinary expertise to the table. When she’s not in the kitchen, Katherine enjoys reading, gardening, and hiking. A fun fact about her is her love for collecting coffee mugs, boasting an impressively extensive collection.
