Chef James Todd has 31 years of cooking experience, with 29 years as an Executive Chef. He has worked in fine dining at exclusive country clubs and restaurants in New Hampshire’s Seacoast. Chef Todd has catered for U.S. Presidents, celebrities like Miley Cyrus, and other notable figures, including governors and NBA players.

He has won several industry awards, including Best Caterer from 2018 to 2020, and was named Best Chef in 2020. Currently, Chef Todd serves as the Campus Manager for UNH with Gill Grilling during the fall and winter, and as Executive Chef for The York Harbor Reading Room in Maine during the spring and summer.

In his free time, Chef Todd enjoys fishing, boating, hunting, golfing, and hiking, having completed 20 of New Hampshire’s 48 4,000-foot peaks. He is also active in his church and participates in charity work when possible.
