Chef Ethan hails from New Hampshire’s Seacoast region and brings two decades of experience across the restaurant world. He’s worked every angle—on the line as a chef, behind the bar, and in catering and sales—giving him a well-rounded view of hospitality and what it takes to deliver great guest experiences. When he isn’t in the kitchen, you’ll find him playing guitar, at a live music venue, buried in a good book, or enjoying sci-fi and horror movies.
