Chef Ed is a native Rhode Islander and a Johnson & Wales University Culinary Arts graduate. He serves as Co–Campus Manager and Chapter Chef for Alpha Chi Omega at the University of Rhode Island, bringing a steady, supportive presence to the kitchen and the chapter community.

Outside of work, Chef Ed enjoys mushroom foraging, crabbing, and clamming, and spending time with his family—especially his grandchildren. Fun fact: he’s the proud father of two sets of twins.
