Position: Executive Chef at fraternity/ sorority

Description: We are a food service and kitchen management company that services fraternities and sororities at 18 universities nationwide and growing!

Our customers have job sites equipped with commercial kitchens. The Executive Chef is responsible for providing excellent, from scratch meals for our clientele. You have creative influence over menus and service, a predictable workload, and your nights, weekends, and holidays will once again belong to you!

-Full time/day time hours

-ServSafe certification or equivalent or the ability to attain such certification is required
-A degree in Culinary Arts and/or minimum of 4 years’ experience at a head chef level
-Must be able to problem solve, work independently, and maintain a professional attitude

-Track and maintain inventory adhering to food safety standards and protocols
-Interact with customers in a professional manner
-Keep kitchen and equipment clean
-Create delicious meals that are appetizing to a variety of palates
